The love of photography

I’ve always loved to share my photography in various forms on various websites over the years.

I used to have a blog page on my very first website way before Instagram took off as my main platform to share photos and words together.  Before Instagram, Flickr was *the* place to be! Did you have a Flickr account (back when it was *really* good)? I met some great people through Flickr, many of whom started their successful photography careers from it.

I’ve always been someone who’s loved to share their work with the world, purely for the love and fun of sharing my enjoyment of creating images. Some shots may be seen by no one, some may be seen by thousands of people. I just love to share my unique perspective on the world, offering a glimpse of a tiny fragment through my photography.

My trip to Tokyo? It’s a small moment in the world but it’s *my* version of it, my narrative. Our own visions are unique from eachother. Being able to capture this viewpoint into a physical format is so exciting. What’s even more amazing is that I can create that vision in any way though creative and technical methods. That freedom of expression is so incredible and there are no limits!

It is so special to be a part of the photography community, and even more so to be able to call it my job.

Being able to apply all of that passion and love into my product photography work for brands, to result in getting their audience excited about their business and create success stories for them is a chain that I adore! Seeing my product photography while I’m out and about or scrolling through social media will never get boring.

I am so grateful to all of the brands and businesses I’ve had the pleasure to work with throughout my career, for trusting me to bring their visions to life.

This blog is now live and kicking so check back for more posts soon!

Cheers.

Katie
